Role Description The Civil Engineer–Roadway role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tulsa, OK. The individual in this role will perform roadway design and analysis, including horizontal and vertical alignments, roadway geometry, and safety improvements for transportation projects. Daily responsibilities include preparing construction documents, plans, and specifications; supporting cost estimates; and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. The role involves assisting with stormwater and drainage considerations related to roadway projects, supporting permitting activities, and collaborating with clients and agencies. The Civil Engineer–Roadway will also contribute to project planning, help manage tasks and schedules, and participate in quality control reviews to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
