ACCIONA Energía is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer to support design, engineering, and construction of renewable energy facilities. You will review civil deliverables, coordinate with engineers and contractors, and help develop criteria for roads, foundations, drainage, and OM buildings.

Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally; a Bachelor's in Civil/Structural Eng is required. EIT preferred; PE licensure within one year is desirable.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• EIT certification preferred; ability to obtain Professional Engineer licensure within one year is preferred.
• Minimum 2-4 years of civil engineering experience; utility-scale wind, solar, or BESS projects desirable.
• Proficiency with MS Office and AutoCAD; experience with ArcGIS, AutoTURN, hydraulic modeling, FEM analysis, or RSMeans is a plus.
• Working knowledge of ASCE, AASHTO, ASTM, ACI, AISC, and AWS codes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
• Valid driver's license; Spanish language proficiency a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review civil and structural deliverables, drawings, specifications, calculations, and reports.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve issues and manage RFIs.
• Develop and maintain civil design criteria for roads, foundations, drainage, geotechnical work, and OM buildings.
• Perform site visits to monitor construction quality, safety, and progress.
• Support procurement by reviewing technical evaluations, contractor proposals, and submittals.
• Assist with project estimating, cost forecasting, market analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare technical reports and KPI updates for Operations, Business Development, and stakeholders.
