Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Associate degree with related professional experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Review subdivision and commercial development plans to ensure compliance with city standards.
• Design, review, and manage infrastructure projects including water, wastewater, stormwater, transportation, and parks.
• Identify maintenance needs and develop long-term improvement solutions.
• Oversee design contracts and manage capital projects and public works initiatives.
• Evaluate permit applications for utility installations in city rights-of-way.
• Provide technical engineering expertise and problem-solving support for city infrastructure.
