Qualifications

• 8+ years of Civil Engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineering License (P.E.).
• Experience developing and mentoring staff.
• Experience preparing proposals and managing project execution.
• Experience interfacing with clients, network, and developing business.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to create land development plans for commercial, institutional, and residential clients.
• Review design aspects such as site layouts, grading, stormwater facilities, and utilities for quality control.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling and client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior engineers and review deliverables during design and regulatory phases.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and local authorities from conception to construction and opening.

Overview

As a Civil Engineering Project Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in our Oklahoma City, OK office, you will manage project teams to create land development plans for our commercial, institutional, and residential clients. From an urban redevelopment site, industrial sites, to a new school project, you'll take part in managing projects, quality control, client interfacing, budgeting, and mentoring and supervising junior engineers. In managing junior engineers, you will review the design aspects which will include site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management facilities, water quality best management practices, and utilities. Interacting with clients, contractors, local government officials, you'll impact the whole project - from conceptual and design phases, through the regulatory review process, bidding, and construction, all the way to the grand opening.

Qualifications
