Lead and mentor project teams, fostering growth and a culture of excellence.
Build and maintain client relationships throughout planning, design, and construction.
Manage projects from planning and permitting through design, construction, and closeout.
Prepare and review design documents, drawings, and specifications.
Oversee site development components, including utilities, stormwater, grading, and permitting.
Ensure projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Participate in business development initiatives and mentor junior staff.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in civil site design and project management.
Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Relevant land development experience preferred.
