Engenuity in Chesterfield, MO seeks an experienced Civil Engineer to lead a range of projects including site development, drainage, utilities. You will manage projects from inception to completion, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in civil engineering, 5+ years, proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and strong communication. PE is preferred but not required, with potential to obtain license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• PE license preferred, but not required, or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe
• 5+ years of civil engineering experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently and as part of a team

Responsabilités

• Project Management: Manage and coordinate civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
• Design: Prepare detailed engineering plans, calculations, and specifications for various civil engineering projects, including site development, drainage, utilities, and more
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations and permits
• Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their project needs and objectives and provide regular updates on project progress
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team of engineers to deliver integrated and sustainable solutions
• Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of project deliverables
