Job summary

PINPOINT PRECISION ENGINEERING, based in Illinois, seeks a Civil Engineer Project Manager to guide transportation projects from planning through construction. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients and regulators to deliver high-quality infrastructure.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of highway experience, strong communication, and a track record of client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 10+ years highway/roadway experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of IDOT, CDOT, Tollway and related agencies.
• PM experience on transportation projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage highway/roadway projects from planning through construction.
• Lead project teams to deliver on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate activities with clients, subconsultants, contractors, and regulators.
• Monitor project performance, financials, schedules, and resources.
