Job summary

Arcadis invites an experienced Civil Engineer PE to join our team in Chattanooga, TN or other listed locations. You will oversee design and coordination of site development and redevelopment projects, including multi-family residential, retail, corporate, and industrial sectors.

The ideal candidate brings a PE, 3+ years in land development, strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and possibly MicroStation, plus project management and client-relations experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed PE Civil Engineer with 3+ years in land/site development.
• Experience leading civil engineering teams on multi-site projects and municipal-type work.
• Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and client relationships at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction documents for site development, water resources, and civil projects.
• Serve as technical resource and provide guidance on project processes.
• Represent Arcadis to external teams and stakeholders with clear communication and sound technical guidance.
• Organize project structure, staffing, quality controls, design oversight, and budgets.
• Oversee and prepare construction documents, calculations, and reports for clients.
• Ensure quality controls and standards; train and supervise team members.
• Motivate team members to meet goals and manage large project budgets.
