Job summary

IMEG Corporation is seeking a Civil Engineering New Grad for the Ontario, CA location with opportunities to grow in an ESOP-driven, 100% employee-owned firm. You will contribute to hydraulic, traffic, water and sewer design, site earthwork balance, and permit applications under mentorship.

The role emphasizes hands-on design, field inspections, and report writing, with collaboration across teams. A BS in Civil Engineering and basic AutoCAD Civil 3D skills are required, plus strong communication

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required
• Basic AutoCAD Civil 3D knowledge and willingness to complete training
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Perform basic civil engineering calculations (hydraulic, traffic, piling/rebar, earthwork)
• Assist in designing water and sewer systems for municipal scale
• Support grading and stormwater design for site plans (commercial, industrial, residential)
• Assist with engineering analysis, field inspections, reports, permits
• Interact with clients to gather requirements and communicate results
• Support project execution, planning, and scheduling to meet deadlines
• Document design decisions and track project progress
• Analyze low to medium complexity tasks with senior engineers
• Participate in IMEG quality control processes to meet standards
• Stay current with industry trends and innovations within IMEG
• Prioritize safety and regulatory compliance in designs
