Project Overview

We recently secured the CCPRS Public Assistance Technical Assistance Contract V (PA TAC V) in the West zones, supporting FEMA disaster-related operations nationwide. Our team provides technical support in grant application development for federal public assistance funding to repair infrastructure damaged by natural disasters.

Position Summary

We are seeking Mid-Level Civil Engineers to deliver technical solutions, conduct detailed assessments, and inspect public infrastructure damaged by natural disasters, including roads, bridges, buildings, utilities, and other civil structures. FEMA experience or related construction/engineering experience is preferred.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with 5+ years of experience and a PE license, OR 10+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass FBI background checks and MVR checks.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to mobilize within 24-48 hours for a minimum 90-day deployment in remote/disaster areas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills including document editing, file management, and web applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional PE license.
• Experience with FEMA’s Public Assistance program and related trainings.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.

Additional Information

This is a part-time position at the Mid-Senior level, within the Engineering and IT fields, in the Civil Engineering industry. Candidates must be willing to work in various locations and be available for deployment on short notice.
