Jacobs is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. You will work on innovative projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business, including state-of-the-art industrial and commercial facilities. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and possess over 4 years of experience in civil engineering design. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with familiarity with AutoCad and related tools.

We’re looking for a Civil Engineer in one of our locations (Cary, NC; Cincinnati, OH; Indianapolis, IN; or Conshohocken, PA) who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. You’ll have the chance to work on projects including state-of-the-art industrial and commercial facilities. You’ll be accountable for the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, gaining familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule. Your multi-discipline, highly interactive team will conceptualize and develop all aspects of civil design for land/site development and infrastructure projects. Work common to the role will include masterplanning, site planning, utility design, grading/drainage/stormwater/erosion control design, permitting, and more.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $145,000.00. Within that range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
