Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a civil engineer to join a collaborative team delivering infrastructure projects from concept through construction.

You will lead design across site development, grading, stormwater, water/wastewater, and transportation, while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with clients to ensure high-quality solutions. The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 3–8 years' experience in consulting or infrastructure design, EIT, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–8 years of civil engineering experience in consulting or infrastructure design.
• EIT is required; PE licensure preferred or actively pursuing licensure.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and civil design software.
• Strong project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering projects through planning, design, permitting and construction administration.
• Prepare and review site, grading, utility, stormwater, and roadway plans using Civil 3D.
• Perform engineering analyses, cost estimates, technical reports and permit documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies to keep projects on track.
• Support project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control while mentoring junior engineers.
