Job summary

Stillpoint AEC seeks a Civil Engineer with land development and site civil experience to support residential, commercial, industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use projects. Responsibilities align with licensure and expertise.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering; PE preferred or EIT pursuing; experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater/hydraulic modeling; ability to coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE licensure preferred; EIT candidates actively progressing toward PE licensure will also be considered.
• Experience with site planning, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility design, erosion control, and civil construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design land development and site civil projects including subdivisions, commercial, industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties.
• Perform site planning, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility design, erosion and sediment control, and construction documents.
• Develop site layouts, grading plans, drainage plans, utility plans, erosion control plans, and detailed civil drawings.
• Design water distribution, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and detention/retention facilities.
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic calculations and related design work.
• Prepare calculations, technical reports, and permitting packages; assist with feasibility studies and design reviews.
• Coordinate with developers, municipalities, and project teams; support zoning and entitlements.
