As a Civil Engineer at Atwell, your role will be dynamic and multifaceted, including the opportunity to become a subject matter expert in residential, commercial, and/or industrial land development.

1. Site Plan Excellence: Draft preliminary and final site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, ensuring precision and adherence to industry standards.
2. Data Analysis: Assess project survey data to evaluate existing site conditions, considering legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condo documents.
3. Comprehensive Reporting: Prepare reports, opinions, and recommendations, including hydrology/hydraulic studies, due diligence/site analysis reports, engineer's opinion of probable costs, project schedules, utility computations, detention/retention calculations, storm sewer reports, permit applications, stormwater reports, soils reports, earthwork volumes, StormCAD, WaterCAD reports, and preliminary grading.
4. Construction Support: Provide services like permit applications, cut sheets, quantity estimates, and transmittals. Organize site and construction plans under senior staff guidance.
5. Engineering Software Mastery: Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software to complete assignments efficiently, ensuring standards compliance.
6. Effective Communication: Demonstrate strong written and verbal skills for seamless project collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Eligible to take FE Exam and obtain EIT certification within 6 months
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, SewerCAD, ICPR4
