Qualifications

• Four-year degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum of four years of related experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Possession of a professional engineering license in Delaware or ability to obtain licensure within 12 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Use design software and CAD to plan, design, and permit infrastructure projects (water, sewer, roadway, stormwater).
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Perform civil design analyses and calculations per project requirements.
• Plan projects using drawings, topography data, and site materials.
• Draft and present reports on stormwater and right-of-way descriptions.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and labor for costs.
• Coordinate permitting with local agencies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
