Roc Search in Denver Metro is seeking a Civil Engineer (EIT/PE) to join a collaborative team delivering high quality land development projects across the Denver area.

You will design site plans and profiles using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, perform stormwater and drainage design, conduct feasibility studies, prepare reports and construction documents, and ensure compliance with local codes. Strong communication and problem solving are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• EIT required; PE license preferred (open to various experience levels).
• 4-6 years of experience in land development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong understanding of grading, drainage, and stormwater design.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with local zoning, permitting, and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Partner with project managers and internal teams to design and deliver land development solutions.
• Develop engineering drawings, site plans, grading plans, and profiles using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Perform design work related to stormwater management, hydrology, grading, and erosion control.
• Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies to assess land use and identify design opportunities.
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and construction documents.
• Ensure designs meet local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices through ongoing training and development.
