Base pay range

$100,800.00/yr - $130,300.00/yr

About The Position

We are searching for an experienced civil engineer to join our team in Peachtree Corners, GA. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of related design engineering experience and is eager to grow, collaborate, and innovate. Responsibilities include civil site development design, including grading, drainage, and hydrology for federal clients across the U.S. and abroad. Projects span multiple markets and geographies, offering opportunities to broaden knowledge and skills. We seek an independent self-starter.

Travel is estimated at 25% annually, including international travel; a valid passport is required.

Experience and Qualifications

• PE License preferred; if not, candidate should be able to obtain one soon.
• 10+ years of related experience, preferably with federal DOD project design and UFC knowledge.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D required.
• Experience mentoring junior staff preferred.
• Ability to travel internationally and domestically for site visits and meetings, approximately 25% per year.
• Valid Passport required.
• Strong team collaboration skills, positive attitude, multitasking, and self-motivation for high-quality work.
