Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise civil engineering projects from design to completion.
• Support planning, scheduling, and implementation of rehabilitation and construction activities.
• Review BoQs and cost estimates for compliance with international standards.
• Conduct on-site technical assessments to ensure quality and compliance with specs.
• Monitor contractor performance and review technical submittals.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE policies and PSEAH standards.
