Job summary

Apex Companies, LLC in Laramie, WY is seeking a Civil Engineer in Training (EIT) to gain hands-on experience supporting water, wastewater, groundwater, and well projects alongside experienced professionals.

You will collaborate on designs, perform site visits, and contribute to drafting using AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation. A B.S. in Civil Engineering and EIT or FE pursuit are required, with a passion for learning and growth.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation drafting experience.
• EIT Certification or pursuing FE exam.
• Enthusiastic attitude and a passion for learning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced engineers to design, draft, and evaluate engineering deliverables related to water, wastewater, groundwater and well projects.
• Collect and analyze information, including performing site visits and other field work
• Support design and drafting efforts using AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation
• Perform tasks in accordance with approved scopes, schedules, and budgets
