Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
  • EIT certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to grow beyond core engineering duties into project management.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare site layouts and designs for municipal infrastructure projects.
  • Perform engineering calculations and analysis to support design decisions.

We also offer 100% company-paid Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability coverage. Employees are eligible to participate in our company’s 401(k) plan with up to a 4% match.
