The City of Saint Paul Public Works Department seeks a Civil Engineer III to lead the Resident Services section of the Traffic Engineering Division. This role focuses on overseeing community inquiries and managing the traffic-related site plan review process.
You will communicate with constituents and partners, present technical information, and manage multiple tasks including parking and curbside requests, site plan reviews, and traffic studies.

This position will be located at 25 4th Street W, Saint Paul (City Hall Annex), with flexibility for some remote work. Standard Monday through Friday working hours and occasional evening meetings required.

Must possess and maintain Licensure in the State of Minnesota as a Professional Civil Engineer, and four years of Civil Engineering experience, at least two years of which must be as a Civil Engineer II or equivalent.
Licensure as a Professional Civil Engineer is required by date of appointment. Licensure as a Professional Civil Engineer within the State of Minnesota is required within six months of appointment.
