Responsibilities
  • Oversee, manage, and design civil engineering projects from start to finish
  • Manage and mentor engineering and design staff throughout project phases
  • Guide clients through the entire life cycle of land development projects
  • Engage in land development projects including earthwork grading, civil site design, and storm drain hydraulics
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure quality and detail in project execution
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience in civil engineering
  • P.E. license is required
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with land development projects, including utility design and hydrology
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Attention to quality and detail in engineering projects
