Job summary

Verdantas is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer III to join our NH offices in a hybrid role. Lead civil engineering design across recreational, municipal, and commercial sectors, with emphasis on AutoCAD Civil 3D and field- and office-based deliverables.

Requirements include a BS in Civil Engineering, NH PE license, and 5+ years of experience in northern New England or similar regulatory environs. Travel, design reviews, and mentoring are part of the role.

Qualifications

• BS in civil engineering or equivalent.
• NH PE license required or ability to obtain.
• 5+ years of civil engineering experience in northern New England or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Civil Engineering design for recreational, municipal, commercial, residential, and institutional projects.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D design work.
• Prepare reports and permit applications for civil projects.
• Design site grading, drainage, water/wastewater systems, roads and trails.
• Mentor junior engineers; perform QA/QC reviews.
