Job summary

Lubin Elite Engineering LLC in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Civil Engineer II to support a growing project portfolio. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, has at least 2 years of civil/site design experience, and is proficient in AutoCAD with Civil 3D preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil/site design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; Civil 3D experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with local permitting processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed site development plans, including site plans, grading, stormwater management, utilities, and erosion control.
• Draft and review construction and permitting documents using AutoCAD, with Civil 3D preferred.
• Perform engineering calculations and assist in the preparation of reports, design packages, and technical submittals.
• Research applicable codes and regulations, support permitting efforts, and coordinate agency submittals.
• Attend project coordination meetings and collaborate with consultants, municipalities, and stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and assist with construction phase services as needed.
• Other relevant duties as needed.

We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Engineer II to support our growing project portfolio. What You'll Be Doing:
