LVI Associates in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Project Engineer to join our growing heavy civil team delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Central Florida. You will support Project Managers in planning, execution, and closeout, manage RFIs and submittals, track schedules and budgets, and coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors and field personnel.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 2+ years of relevant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or Assistant Project Manager.
• Experience on heavy civil construction or water/wastewater projects strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines, or underground utility construction is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with construction software such as MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore, Primavera P6, or similar

Are you a Project Engineer looking to build a long-term career with a growing contractor that delivers challenging heavy civil and water/wastewater infrastructure projects throughout Central Florida? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in Lakeland, FL.

This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects including water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, underground utilities, site development, and other heavy civil construction projects. You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers and Superintendents while gaining exposure to all phases of project delivery.
