Responsibilities

• Review land development proposals for compliance with policies and regs.
• Evaluate plans, stormwater reports, traffic studies, and related reports.
• Prepare review comments and present recommendations at meetings.
• Coordinate with local agencies on master plans.
• Oversee construction phase and site inspections for compliance.
• Serve as a technical resource for stakeholders.
• Respond to community questions and inquiries.
