Responsibilities
- Review design data including field survey notes, foundation investigations, soils reports and hydraulic reports.
- Analyze existing structures for alterations or replacements to improve reliability or withstanding loads.
- Develop preliminary and final design, layout and drawings for assigned projects.
- Develop technical specification requirements for structural aspects of projects.
- Coordinate with various units on bid schedule content and requirements.
- Advise on cost estimates and prepare field investigation reports.
