Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Conduct engineering analyses and review construction plans for design intent and constructability.
- Administer Federal and non-Federal aid construction contracts and oversee active construction operations.
- Coordinate surveying procedures and serve as lead worker on projects.
- Apply engineering judgment to determine best solutions based on plans and specs.
