The ideal candidate will support water resources, site design, and regulatory analysis work while gaining hands-on experience and mentorship. Responsibilities include assisting with grading, earthwork analysis, construction administration, and sustainable design practices; use of Civil 3D; and developing technical writing and permit

This position is full-time in person. No prior work experience required.

• Utility and infrastructure design including water, sanitary, and storm systems
• Use of Civil 3D for design, grading, and plan production
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and grow within the company

Education

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and/or related field

License/Certification

• Engineer-In-Training and/or a desire to obtain certification
