- Design and develop land development projects for commercial and residential sites.
- Collaborate with project teams to design industrial, commercial, and residential sites.
- Assist in the planning and design of hydraulic and stormwater collection systems.
- Create and run electronic hydraulic models for water and sewer systems.
- Put together site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Support Project Managers and Senior Engineers in various tasks.
- 0-3+ years of land development experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience with stormwater management design.
- Familiarity with creating electronic hydraulic models for water and sewer systems.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred but not required.
- EIT (or PE) is preferred but not required.
- Experience in site grading.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus, training will be provided.

This is a Permanent position based out of Ashburn, VA.
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
