Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and has at least 2 years of experience in Land Development. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required, with preference given to candidates with residential project experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited college or university.
• Active EIT certification.
• 2+ years of experience related to Land Development projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in feasibility investigations for new project acquisitions.
• Facilitate design plan production for regulatory approvals.
• Assist Project Manager with engineering design tasks.
• Coordinate and execute engineering services for assigned projects.
• Analyze and stay abreast of the latest regulations.
