Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Civil EIT certification required.
• 2+ years of civil engineering design and construction experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD Civil, and other relevant software.
• Experience with water and wastewater systems, roadway design, and underground utilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop plans, specifications, and estimates for civil engineering projects.
• Create 3D models using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Civil.
• Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with design specs and codes.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and other project documentation.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and team members.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget and quality standards.
• Develop and implement engineering standards, policies, and procedures.
