Description

We are seeking aCivil Engineer - Construction Managerwith broad construction management expertise to provide investigation, analysis, reports, and testimony where technical and scientific answers are needed to help resolve civil litigation and insurance claims.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on construction management experience; including thorough working knowledge of contracts, safety, means & methods, scheduling, estimating, subcontractor management, and quality control. Experience in commercial construction is required. Some experience in single-family, high-rise, industrial, land development, and/or heavy/highway construction is a plus.

Requirements

• P.E. license
• B.S. in Civil Engineering
• 15+ years hands-on experience in construction management
• Experience with safety issues on construction sites
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a comprehensive team
• Excellent technical, analytical, writing and communication skills
• Willing to travel about 20% on average

We would like this expert to be located near any of our offices in NJ (Cedar Knolls), PA (Lancaster or Philadelphia), MA (Brookline)
