Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of stormwater management systems, including detention, retention, and water quality solutions.
• Design and prepare plans for roadway improvements, storm sewer systems, sanitary sewer systems, and water distribution infrastructure for both public and private projects.
• Develop engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and construction documents using industry‑standard design software.
• Support project delivery through all phases, including planning, design, permitting, bidding, and construction administration.
• Conduct site visits and construction observations to verify compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal project teams.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining quality, schedules, and budgets.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff as needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects from concept through construction and enjoy working across a variety of project types including transportation, commercial, industrial, residential, and public sector developments.
