Overview

Our organization, made up of bright young engineers and professionals from all over the world, is constantly growing and we are seeking a Civil / Structural Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join its engineering team. The successful candidate will contribute to the design and development of civil and structural works supporting innovative energy storage technologies, within a highly dynamic and multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Structural modeling and analysis using advanced software such as MIDAS / STAAD and/or Tekla Structures.
• Development of structural calculation models and design verification in accordance with international codes and standards.
• Active involvement in R&D (Research & Development) activities, including the evaluation of innovative structural solutions and design optimization.
• Review and verification of structural calculations produced by contractors and suppliers, including assessment of design assumptions, FEM models, and results.
• Collaboration with internal teams (process, mechanical, construction) and coordination with external consultants.
• Technical support during detailed engineering phases and, when required, during construction activities.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Civil Engineering (structural specialization preferred).
• At least 2-5 years of professional experience in structural engineering, preferably in industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of FEM models.
• Proven experience in reviewing and validating third-party structural calculations.
• Good knowledge of structural design standards (Eurocodes, American standards).
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, analytical mindset, and technical autonomy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, fast‑evolving environment.
