What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline in a program accredited by ABET*
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in structural, geotechnical, or utility infrastructure design
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• EIT certification or progress toward licensure preferred
• *ABET - Engineering Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology. Acceptable alternative is: Bachelor's degree in engineering (non-ABET) plus a Master's degree or PhD in engineering from a university with an ABET accredited Bachelor's program. **VP or above may waive the requirement for a degree from a university with a Non-ABET accredited program
