LevelUp Consulting seeks a Project Engineer or Project Manager with land development experience in Florida. You will design site layouts, grading, drainage, and utilities while guiding the project team to meet schedule and quality goals.

Requirements include a B.S. in Civil Engineering, a Florida PE license (or near-term), and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D, ICPR, and WaterCAD. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in our collaborative Tampa projects.

Qualifications

Position Summary

We are seeking a Project Engineer or Project Manager with current experience on land development projects in the State of Florida. Applicants should have experience designing residential and commercial projects including site layout, grading and drainage, and utility design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design projects and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team
• Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and specifications

Position Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college
• PE license (or soon to have) in the State of Florida
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D, ICPR, and WaterCAD
• Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
