Are you ready to shape the communities of tomorrow? Join a dynamic and growing land development site design firm on Long Island, where your expertise will directly impact residential, commercial, and mixed‑use projects across the region.

We are currently seeking both a Civil Engineer and a Civil Project Manager to join our collaborative team.

Civil Engineer Responsibilities

• Prepare site design plans, including grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion control
• Assist with permitting and regulatory approvals
• Perform calculations and design analysis
• Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to develop high‑quality construction documents

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 2+ years of relevant experience in land development (preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
• EIT certification (preferred)
• Lead land development projects from concept through construction
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with municipalities
• Oversee design teams, schedules, and budgets
• Review engineering plans and ensure quality control
• Guide permitting and approval processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 6+ years of land development experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
