Furtado & Associates, Inc. in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to support the Project Manager on large public works projects.
You will contribute to design reviews, calculations, and documentation for infrastructure initiatives in the Puget Sound region. Candidates should have a Civil Engineering degree, 0–3 years of experience, and familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
Furtado is a dynamic consulting firm based in Seattle WA, specializing in innovative land surveying, geospatial services, construction management, and engineering solutions. We are a privately held firm working on a variety of community improving infrastructure projects throughout the Puget Sound region, including Sound Transit’s Link Light Rail Extensions, King County CSO Program, and with various City and County agencies on utility, port and corridor projects. Our team currently has an opening for an experienced individual to fill the role of Civil Engineer. In this position, the successful applicant will be responsible for working with the Project Manager to ensure project delivery. Job Responsibilities:
The Civil Engineer will work under the direction of the Project Manager, assisting on large engineering projects. Furtado works primarily on large public works projects in the Seattle area, and in this role you will be helping our clients deliver on these important projects.
