Job summary

REVEL SEARCH® is seeking a Civil Engineer to join its multidisciplinary team in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. The position offers relocation assistance and is an in-office, full-time opportunity.

The ideal candidate has approximately three to five years of civil design experience, with a focus on land development, roads, drainage and utilities, using AutoCAD Civil 3D. PE registration is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Approximately three to five years of civil engineering design experience.
  • Experience in residential or commercial land development.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and CAD production.
  • Experience preparing coordinated construction drawings.
  • Knowledge of roadway, grading, drainage, stormwater and utility design.
  • Experience with stormwater modeling, calculations, and technical report preparation.
  • Understanding of civil engineering principles, design standards and construction practices.
  • Ability to interpret and prepare engineering plans and contract documents.
  • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, consultants, contractors, and permitting agencies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare civil engineering plans and construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Support planning and design of residential, commercial, and master-planned development projects.
  • Perform roadway, grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility design.
  • Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Perform or assist with stormwater modeling and report preparation.
  • Coordinate plans and technical documents across multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Review drawings and calculations for accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards.
  • Assist with permitting and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Respond to review comments and support projects through approval and construction.
  • Attend project meetings and perform site visits or field inspections as needed.
  • Help ensure project assignments are completed accurately, on schedule, and within budget.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join its multidisciplinary team in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

This position is ideal for a motivated civil engineering professional with approximately three to five years of experience who is ready to contribute to complex land development projects while continuing to grow technically and professionally.

The Civil Engineer will support the planning and design of large residential and commercial developments, including master-planned communities. This role focuses on Civil 3D production, coordinated construction documents, stormwater analysis, and the design of roadways, grading, drainage systems, and utility infrastructure.

Professional Engineer registration is preferred but not required.
