Amero Search Group seeks a Licensed Civil Project Engineer (PE) to lead municipal, commercial, and industrial projects from concept through construction. The role combines hands-on engineering, project management, and client communication in a collaborative, employee-owned firm.

Ideal candidates have a WA-eligible PE, 5–12 years of consulting experience, and strong mentoring and communication skills. Hybrid work is offered after onboarding, with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Active PE license with WA reciprocity or eligibility.
• 5–12 years of civil engineering consulting experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience designing municipal, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Experience managing project scope, budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate across disciplines.
• Hybrid work flexibility after onboarding.
