What You’ll Be Doing

• Site Plan Grading Design: Develop and implement comprehensive grading plans for various land development projects.
• Permitting Support: Assist in preparing and submitting permit applications to local and state agencies.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including structural engineers and project managers, to ensure project success.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure all designs adhere to relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

You’re Probably a Match If You Have

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in civil engineering, specializing in land development and site grading, ideally within the Triangle Area of North Carolina.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant design software.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
