Job summary

Windsor Engineers in Portland, OR seeks an early-career Civil Engineer to support municipal and land development infrastructure projects. You will perform supervised engineering calculations, CAD drafting and modeling, project planning, and preparation of plans and specifications.

Responsibilities include cost and quantity estimates and site visits as needed, collaborating with team members to deliver accurate documentation and high-quality designs.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent work experience.
• At least one year of CAD, Civil 3D modeling, or drafting experience; coursework counts.
• Familiarity with technical documents and design tools; basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Holding a valid driver's license with reliable transportation; EIT preferred.

Support municipal and land development infrastructure projects involving water, wastewater, stormwater, and land development. Perform supervised engineering calculations, CAD drafting and modeling, project planning, preparation of plans and specifications, cost and quantity estimates, and site visits as needed.

Requirements:

Requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a similar field, or equivalent work experience, and at least one year of CAD, Civil 3D modeling, or drafting experience; coursework counts. Candidates should be familiar with technical documents and design tools, have basic Microsoft Office skills, communicate and collaborate effectively, and hold a valid driver's license with reliable transportation; EIT certification is preferred.
