Job summary

Actalent in Norwalk, CT is seeking an entry-level Civil Engineer to support site development and land development projects. You will assist from concept through completion, working with mentors to develop technical skills and industry knowledge on real projects in a collaborative team.

The role welcomes new grads, EITs, and engineers with 0–3 years of experience, offering hands-on experience, mentorship, and career development opportunities in a fully onsite setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required.
• Experience or coursework using AutoCAD.
• EIT certification or licensure plan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and design of site development and land development projects.
• Prepare engineering calculations for grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management.

We're looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to join our expanding team in Stamford, CT.
