Job summary

Fuss & O'Neill is seeking a civil/site engineer for a hybrid role, combining in-office collaboration with remote work flexibility. The position focuses on detailed site/civil design, grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater systems in projects across multiple communities.

The candidate will prepare site plans, assist with permitting, and contribute to technical documentation. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, 2-4 years of relevant experience, and an EIT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 2-4 years of relevant civil/site engineering experience
• EIT registration required, PE strongly preferred
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Experience with StormCAD and HydroCAD preferred
• Familiarity with local and state permitting requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively within a team environment

Responsibilities

The base salary range for this role is indicated in the posting. This range reflects the company's good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
