Your role will involve detailed engineering design, preparation of site plans, collaboration with project teams, and supporting permitting efforts. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 2-4 years of experience, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Qualifications

This position offers an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong technical design experience who enjoys collaboration and contributing to land‑development and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed site/civil engineering design including site layout, grading & drainage, utility design, stormwater management systems, erosion & sedimentation control plans
• Prepare site plans and construction documents
• Support permitting efforts and coordinate with local and state agencies
• Perform occasional field work and site investigations
• Collaborate with internal project teams to deliver high‑quality technical solutions
• Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and technical documentation

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 2–4 years of relevant civil/site engineering experience
• EIT registration required; PE strongly preferred
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Experience with StormCAD and HydroCAD preferred
• Familiarity with local and state permitting requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively within a team environment
