Civil Engineer (5+ Years Experience) – Land Development / Site Design

📍 Newark, DE Area

Are you a skilled Civil Engineer with a passion for shaping communities and delivering high-quality site design projects? We’re seeking a motivated professional with 5+ years of experience in land development to join our growing team in the Newark, Delaware area.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop site plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
• Prepare grading, drainage, utility, and erosion & sediment control plans
• Collaborate with project managers, surveyors, and regulatory agencies
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Support permitting processes and client communications

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in land development and site design
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D (or similar design software)
• Strong knowledge of local codes, ordinances, and permitting processes in Delaware and surrounding areas
• EIT required; PE license preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
