Synectics Inc. in Marquette, Michigan, is seeking a Civil Design Engineer to assist with site planning, civil design, engineering analysis, and construction document production for diverse projects.

You will coordinate standard details, support cost estimating and facility assessments, and collaborate closely with civil engineering staff in an in-person team environment to ensure accurate, timely project deliverables and permitting readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1-3 years of civil design experience.
• Ability to obtain a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Michigan.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an in-person team environment.
