Job summary

Foth in Louisville, KY is seeking a Civil Engineer to expand our aviation team, focusing on design while mentoring junior members. You will deliver design support for airfield pavements, roadways, storm water, and utility design, and contribute to studies, reports, and 3D models throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree and have experience with aviation or municipal design standards, with a collaborative, flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• Airport design, municipal transportation, DOT, or site development experience and knowledge of relevant design standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engineering design support for clients and their projects, including airfield pavements, roadways, storm water needs, parking, construction phasing, and utility design
• Assist with studies and technical design reports
• Provide AutoCAD design support for the full project design life cycle
• Create 3D models to support the design and engineering of key project elements
• Engage in construction representation services
• Ensure that design standards and processes align with federal, state, and Foth standards
• Perform civil engineering tasks under the guidance and leadership of a Professional Engineer

Our Aviation team is expanding and seeking a Civil Engineer in Louisville, KY.

Foth serves commercial and general aviation clients across the Southeastern and Midwestern US, offering civil engineering and construction solutions.
