Job description

Growing team is seeking a Civil Engineer with structural background. The team needs a Civil Engineer who can ensure that building foundations can support large capital equipment and systems. This is a hands-on, project-focused engineering role calling for a “boots on the ground” engineer who would embrace working with a teams (of internal engineers and external contractors) to build, expand, and improve manufacturing facilities. This is a safety-first, efficiency-driven role that values collaboration, accountability, and a mindset of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Ability to work on-site and travel (up to 40% but likely much less)
• General background with Structural analysis of large beams and machinery, plant layouts, foundations, and equipment integration know-how
• Required - A desire to be part of a growing and developing team
• Some project Management would be great
• Must be a US Person
• This person needs to be able to work on-site (30 minutes south) of Lexington,Ky
